Meet Tera
Born and raised in Amador County, I feel incredibly fortunate to live and work in the community I’ve always called home. For the past 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping buyers and sellers throughout Amador County and the surrounding areas navigate one of life's biggest milestones. I’m proud to work alongside my family at Davenport Properties, the brokerage founded and owned by my sister, Kellee Davenport. Together, we share a commitment to providing honest guidance, local expertise, and exceptional service to every client.
My husband, Eric, and I are proud to call Pine Grove home. We raised our two children here, and watching them grow up in this community only reinforced what makes Amador County so special. Our daughter, Bailey, discovered her love for horses at a young age and now lives and works on a ranch in Lockeford as a veterinary technician. Our son, Will, is attending the University of Nevada, Reno, where he is pursuing a degree in engineering. From excellent schools and youth sports to FFA and agricultural opportunities, our children thrived here, and I truly believe this is an incredible place to raise a family.
One of the things I love most about Amador County is the sense of community. Neighbors know one another, lifelong friendships are built here, and people genuinely care about each other. Whether it's exploring our historic towns, enjoying local wineries, or taking in the beauty of the Sierra foothills, this area offers an unmatched quality of life. That hometown connection is something I value deeply, and it's one of the reasons I enjoy helping others find a place they can truly call home.
Outside of real estate, I enjoy staying active and making the most of everything our beautiful area has to offer. As a certified personal trainer for more than a decade, I developed a passion for helping others achieve their goals and live healthy, active lives. Today, you'll often find me hiking in the upcountry, running local trails and backroads with my dogs, Minnie and Stanley, or training for my next trail run. Spending time outdoors gives me an even greater appreciation for the beauty and lifestyle that make Amador County such a special place to live.
