Tera is quite knowledgeable, very experienced, stays involved and is very cooperative in all facets of the purchasing process. She anticipates issues in advance and offers solutions. We definitely recommend her highly.
Tera responded quickly to my texts and emails, patiently explained the selling process, and generally was helpful in everything I needed to know and do.
She handled everything for us and was very easy to work with!
Tera Donahoo sold our home quickly after changing from a prior realtor that was not doing the job. Tera got to know the property well before putting it on the market. Tera is one of the top realtors in Amador County and it showed.
